Bio: Benedor war seit den ersten Tagen von Tempo90 Stammgast bei den Trierer Drum ’n‘ Bass Nächten. Seit 2009 verstärkt der die Tempo90 Crew mit einem eher dunklen, harten Neurofunk-Sound, kombiniert diesen aber auch gerne mal mit ein paar Reggaetronic Vibes. Benedor ist allen Digitalisierungstrends trotzend von Anfang an den Vinyl treu geblieben.

Bio: Nach einem Jahr in London und Kent war Semuta 2001 vollständig vom Drum´n´Bass-Feuer erfasst. Schnell entwickelte sie sich zum Naturtalent an den Decks und schloss sich 2002 der tempo90-Crew an. Ihren Künstlernamen hat Semuta aus Frank Herberts ‚Dune – Der Wüstenplanet‘ entliehen. Semuta ist darin eine süchtig-machende Substanz, deren Effekt – zeitlose, anhaltende Exstase – erst durch spezielle atonale Vibrationen hervorgerufen wird, die als Semuta-Musik bezeichnet wird.

Crocket – Neurocoaster (Boom Tschak-Podcast #09)

Die neunte Ausgabe des Boom Tschak-Podcast kommt von Crocket, der ein tanztaugliches Drum&Bass-Set abliefert. Enjoy!

BIO: DJ Crocket, gebürtiger Trierer, war ursprünglich ein Jazzdrummer und leidenschaftlicher Gitarrenspieler, bevor er anfing mit elektronischer Musik auf Tuchfühlung zu gehen. Die Entwicklung die er dabei durchmachte verlief anders als bei vielen: Vom Laptop mit Traktor DJ Studio hin zur Vinyl im Jahre 2005. Crocket hat sich drei Jahre durch diverse Musikrichtungen gespielt sowie in einigen Trierer Clubs House aufgelegt bis er durch einen Freund zum Drum’n’Bass geführt wurde. Seit dieser Zeit führt seine musikalische Reise durch die vielen Bereiche des Genres – ein Ende ist nicht in Sicht. Vorlieben: Trockener/deeper Sound, Neurofunk und bei gutem Wetter Brazilian Drum’n’Bass.
